Josh was hands-on with early design decisions, personally accompanied us to pick out the proper tiles, flooring, and fixtures, and was able to efficiently schedule the necessary plumbers, electricians, floor installers, painters, plasterers, and finish carpentry. All of this work was done on time, with a skilled and respectful team, who were always very receptive to any updates or changes along the way. Our 40 year old home has a beautiful and appropriately appointed second floor that has made us love our house even more.
